WhenSuitsYou (whensuitsyou.com) is a service for finding a common meeting time — a simple, free alternative to Doodle. Swedish version: Närpassar (narpassar.se).

## How it works

1. **Propose times** — create a poll and add candidate times (a date, or a date with a time).
2. **Share the link** — send the link or QR code. Everyone ticks Yes, Maybe or No — no account needed.
3. **Pick the best time** — see the summary, set the final time and add it to your calendar (ICS).

## Pricing

- **Free**: unlimited polls, up to 15 time options, Yes/Maybe/No voting, a shareable link + QR, best time highlighted, calendar file (ICS).
- **Unlock a poll (€3, one-time)**: unlimited time options, invite by email + reminders, email participants the chosen time, export (ICS + CSV), no "built with" line. Applies to that specific poll.
